Progress is rapid at The Nine’s jobsite on Helen Keller Blvd in Tuscaloosa. When complete, this complex will feature 216 fully-furnished, upscale apartments. In total, the eight residential buildings will accommodate 544 students and provide 263,000 square-feet of space. The complex includes a 10,000 square-foot, resort style clubhouse complete with a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room, various study lounges, community kitchen, and on-site leasing office. The adjacent pool area offers a zero-entry pool and recreation deck with a multitude of high-end amenities, including multiple grilling stations, hot tub, lounging areas, hammocks and a volleyball court. This project is scheduled to be complete in time for The University of Alabama’s Fall 2017 Semester.
