Alabaster’s new 36,000-square-foot Water Board facility consolidates the main administrative offices and the field staff’s equipment shop into a single, centralized location. The 18,400-square-foot office wing includes modern amenities such as training rooms, conference spaces, records storage, and drive-thru lanes for convenient bill payment. Connected to the office is a 17,600-square-foot pre-engineered metal building that functions as the operations center, equipped to store field equipment and featuring meeting rooms, locker areas, and sleeping quarters for on-call staff. The complex also provides ample parking for both the public and maintenance vehicles.
