Gymnasium and International Baccalaureate Addition

We were the Construction Manager for renovations & multiple additions to Central High School. The additions to the school include a 2-story, 21,500 square-foot International Baccalaureate classroom wing, multiple other classrooms and two science labs. A 13,500 square-foot auxiliary gymnasium, complete with bleachers and digital scoreboard, will also be tied into the existing building. Finally, a 70,000 square-foot renovation to the existing building will complete the project.
