Crescent East Apartment Improvements Phases 1 & 2

Our partnership with the Tuscaloosa Housing Authority is progressing ahead of schedule as we move forward with the complete renovation of 48 apartment units. The project focuses on modernizing each unit with upgraded kitchens, bathrooms, and high-quality finishes throughout.
In addition to this project, we were recently awarded the Phase 3 improvements, which will complete another 59 units.
