Amason was the at‐risk construction manager for this substantial renovation project, whereby a former Buick dealership was transformed into a contemporary Mercedes‐Benz Autohaus. To achieve this the interior and exterior of the existing facility was completely renovated. The scope of work for this project included
upgrading the customer service areas, upgrading the existing showroom, modifying the storefront, and adding new signage. In addition, new finishes and lighting were installed in the service department, which was modified to accommodate Sprinter Vans. The existing roofline was also reconfigured and a multitude of new architectural details added so that, upon completion, the dealership was a true Autohaus.
