Showa Glove Manufacturing Expansion

Amason has served as the design-build contractor for Showa Glove on multiple projects. We have constructed three 60,000 square-foot high-bay manufacturing facilities, which has increased its production from 400 million to 1.2 billion gloves yearly. In addition to manufacturing space, we also expanded Showa’s warehouse by an additional 13,500 square-feet. This project was particularly challenging due to its fast-track nature and the fact that we decommissioned, remediated, and stabilized the plant’s original waste-water treatment lagoon, where two of the buildings now sit.
