Erwin Middle School

This project involved total renovations to the main administrative building and four adjoining classroom buildings, totaling more than 68,000 square-feet. These renovations required a large demolition package at the project's onset. The school now boasts modernized classrooms, band and choral rooms, improved cafeteria, multi-media library, and technical education areas. In addition to renovations, a new 20,000 square-foot gymnasium, featuring locker rooms, concessions, and coaching offices, was constructed. Unused buildings were demolished to make way for a new paved driveway improving the traffic flow around the school.
