Vestavia Hills Community Center

We served as the general contractor for the City of Vestavia Hills' new Community Center. This project included the renovation of an existing 65,000 square-foot facility creating banquet halls, dance studios, and large locker rooms. The project also includes a 25,000 square-foot addition with multiple basketball courts, weight rooms, and a concessions area. In addition to housing recreation facilities, the building also contains the administration offices for the city's Parks and Recreation department and the Chamber of Commerce.
